     Robert Sutton, 1st Baron Lexinton of Aram was the son of Sir William Sutton and Susan Cony.² He married, firstly, Elizabeth Manners, daughter of Sir George Manners and Grace Pierrepont, in 1616.³ He married, secondly, Annie Palmes, daughter of Sir Guy Palmes and Anne Stafford, after 16 April 1635.¹ He married, thirdly, Mary St. Leger, daughter of Sir Anthony St. Leger and Bridget Mayney, on 21 February 1660/61 at St. James', Clerkenwell, London, England^G.⁴ He died on 13 October 1668.¹
     He was educated at Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England.³ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Nottinghamshire from 1624 to 1625.³ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Nottinghamshire between 1640 and 1643, when he was deprived of his seat as a Royalist.³ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Nottinghamshire between April 1640 and May 1640.³ He was created 1st Baron Lexinton of Aram, co. Nottingham [England] on 21 November 1645.³ He lived at Aram, Nottinghamshire, England^G.³

     Eleanor Manners was the daughter of Sir George Manners and Grace Pierrepont.^1,3 She married Lewis Watson, 1st Baron Rockingham, son of Sir Edward Watson, in 1622.³
     Her married name became Watson.

     Lewis Watson, 1st Baron Rockingham was born on 14 July 1584. He was the son of Sir Edward Watson.¹ He married, firstly, Catherine Bertie, daughter of Peregrine Bertie, 13th Lord Willoughby de Eresby and Lady Mary de Vere, in 1609.² He married, secondly, Eleanor Manners, daughter of Sir George Manners and Grace Pierrepont, in 1622.² He died on 12 January 1652/53 at age 68.
     He was created 1st Baronet Watson, of Rockingham Castle, co. Northampton [England] on 23 June 1621. He was created 1st Baron Rockingham [England] on 29 January 1645.

     Frances Manners was the daughter of Sir George Manners and Grace Pierrepont.¹ She married Nicholas Saunderson, 2nd Viscount Castleton, son of Nicholas Saunderson, 1st Viscount Castleton and Mildred Elltoft.¹ She died in 1652.¹
     Her married name became Saunderson.¹ After her marriage, Frances Manners was styled as Viscountess Castleton on 17 May 1631.

     George Humphreys lived at Hertfordshire, England^G.¹

     Selina Finch was the daughter of George Finch.¹ She married Robert Shirley, 1st Earl Ferrers, son of Sir Robert Shirley, 4th Bt. and Catherine Okeover, in August 1699.¹ She died on 20 March 1762.¹
     From August 1699, her married name became Shirley.¹ After her marriage, Selina Finch was styled as Countess Ferrers on 1 September 1711.

     John Hussey, 1st Lord Hussey was born in 1476.² He was the son of Sir William Hussey and Elizabeth Berkeley.^3,2 He married, secondly, Lady Anne Grey, daughter of George Grey, 2nd Earl of Kent and Lady Catherine Herbert.¹ He died in 1537.²
     He gained the title of 1st Lord Hussey. He lived at Sleaford, Lincolnshire, England.⁴

     Sir Thomas Holcroft was appointed Knight. He lived at Vale Royal Abbey, Vale Royal, Cheshire, England^G.¹

     Francis Charlton married Cicilia Fitton, daughter of John Fitton.²
     He lived at Apley Castle, Shropshire, England^G.¹

     Sir Philip Sydney was born on 30 November 1554.¹ He was the son of Sir Henry Sydney and Lady Mary Dudley.¹ He married Frances Walsingham, daughter of Sir Francis Walsingham and Ursula St. Barbe, circa March 1583.¹ He died on 16 October 1586 at age 31 at Arnhem, The Netherlands^G, without male issue.¹
     He fought in the Battle of Zutphen on 22 September 1586, where he was mortally wounded.¹
