Robert Arbuthnott, 2nd Viscount of Arbuthnott was born in 1638.2 He was the son of Robert Arbuthnott, 1st Viscount of Arbuthnott and Lady Marjory Carnegie.1 He married by contract, firstly, Lady Elizabeth Keith, daughter of William Keith, 6th Earl Marischal and Lady Elizabeth Seton, on 25 March 1658.1 He married by contract, secondly, Catherine Gordon, daughter of Robert Gordon, 6th of Pitlurg, on 30 July 1667.1 He died on 16 June 1682.1 He was also reported to have died on 15 June 1682.3
He succeeded as the 2nd Lord Inverbervie, of co. Kincardine [S., 1641] on 10 October 1655.1 He succeeded as the 2nd Viscount of Arbuthnott, of co. Kincardine [S., 1641] on 10 October 1655.1

Sophia Harriett Waller was the daughter of Sir Thomas Wathen Waller, 2nd Bt. and Catherine Wise.2 She married Arthur Thomas Liddell, 5th Baron Ravensworth, son of Reverend Hon. Robert Liddell and Emily Ann Charlotte Wellesley, on 9 October 1866.1 She died on 8 September 1918.1

Reverend George Barrington, 5th Viscount Barrington of Ardglass was born on 16 July 1761 at London, EnglandG.1 He was the son of Maj.-Gen. Hon. John Barrington and Elizabeth Vassal.1 He married Elizabeth Adair, daughter of Robert Adair and Lady Caroline Keppel, on 12 February 1788.1 He died on 4 March 1829 at age 67 at Rome, ItalyG.1 His will was proven (by probate) in September 1829.1
