like https://donorpreferences.wikimedia.org/index.php?title=Special:EmailPreferences/emailPreferences&contact_id=xxxx&uselang=xx&checksum=xxxxxx or we can just auto update the language as we have for the selected language in epc without adding the additional userlang, (p.s. adding uselang will update the lang from language and country dropdown, which are civi data)
