@jhathaway Thanks for the info. I started this process with ITS and they asked me to open a Phab but happy to go back and ask for access to dmarcdigests. It is fine if we don't keep the tool long term. Whatever it is we are using I need to monitor it. @Jgreen if you have some methodology that will work please let me know. Let me know if the best way to communicate with you is via this ticket or Slack or something else.

Trilogy is not an unknown vendor to us. They have been assisting us with Banners and Emails for several years. They also manage our contract with our email service provider (Acoustic). Their role is to help us ensure that our campaigns are able to be delivered and will result in the best possible response from our donors.

Can I please have access to DMARC Digests as soon as possible. We are starting to see deliverability issues at Google Postmaster. Whoever has the DMARC Digests access I need a login for it.

@AKanji-WMF and @bsisolak The right way to do this is to retain the information from both records so that the information that carries over into the merged record in Acoustic is correct. Is this a solution that would be a huge undertaking or fairly simple?

I would remove "email" and "donors" from the subdomain because those words
may create privacy concerns and potentially cyber attacks. I would
recommend "preference.wikimedia.org" or "recurring.wikimedia.org" or "
sustainer.wikimedia.org"

Actually ITS set it up as an out of office alert. It isn't perfect (a
person who responds more than once in 4 days will not get the second out of
office alert.) But it works well enough for our needs.

@Vgutierrez sorry to be a pain but if there is any possibility that we can get this done quickly it would be amazing. We have the largest email we have ever sent dropping on 12/27 and if we can click-tracking live for that email I will die happy.

@KOfori can you inform me as to where this falls in the list of your teams priorities? Any ETA on completion? I know this task, in one shape or another, has been open for quite some time. I wanted to see if we could get click-tracking turned on in our email service provider prior to an email dropping on 12/27/22.
@Vgutierrez is there anything left to do so that we can move forward on this task? Please let me know as we are trying to get this up and running as quickly as possible.
@greg or @EWilfong_WMF do you recommend I open a separate ticket for the DNS updates to happen? Sorry just trying to figure out how to get this completed.
