Abstract
Az ágazaton belüli kereskedelmet horizontális és vertikális komponensre oszthatjuk az egységértékek segítségével. Három különböző módszert alkalmazunk az ágazaton belüli kereskedelem mérésére, amelyeket standard regressziós modellek segítségével tesztelünk. Eredményeink szerint az ágazaton belüli horizontális kereskedelem szintje alacsony, inkább az ágazaton belüli vertikális kereskedelem a jelentős, noha kevésbé fontos, mint az ágazatok közötti kereskedelem. Vizsgálatunk azt sugallja, hogy az ágazaton belüli kereskedelem vertikális és horizontális fajtájának elkülönítése jobb becslésekhez vezet, továbbá megerősíti azt a véleményt, hogy a meghatározó tényezők különbözhetnek a kereskedelem típusa szerint. A regressziós elemzésben az ágazaton belüli kereskedelem szintjének mutatója jobb függő változónak bizonyult, mint a másik két mutató: az ágazaton belüli kereskedelem foka, illetve aránya.
