The Japanese version includes a casino-like area with minigames (including gambling, fortune telling, fantasy violence, and rock-paper-scissors), none of which are present in the American version. They were likely removed for not being educational. These minigames were replaced with a drawing page. This means that the entire third page from the Japanese version is eliminated and the remaining games are in different locations in the American version.

Despite this, Dimond Maze (where you return to the previous levels of the Gameworld in a race against Eggman to find the Chaos Emeralds hidden on each floor) still has the casino area in the American version.
