     Elizabeth Honywood was baptised on 20 August 1637 at Marks Hall, Essex, EnglandG.3 She was the daughter of Sir Thomas Honywood and Hester Lamotte.1,3 She married Sir John Cotton, 3rd Bt., son of Sir Thomas Cotton, 2nd Bt. and Margaret Howard, on 20 October 1658 at Marks Hall, Essex, EnglandG.1,3 She died on 3 April 1702 at age 64 at Cotton House, Westminster, London, EnglandG.3 She was buried at Connington, Huntingdonshire, EnglandG.3
     From 20 October 1658, her married name became Cotton.1

     Sir Robert Cotton, 5th Bt. was born circa 1669.1 He was the son of Sir John Cotton, 3rd Bt. and Elizabeth Honywood.1 He married, firstly, Elizabeth Wigston.1 He married, secondly, Sarah (?)2 He died on 12 July 1749.1
     He was educated at Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, EnglandG.2 He succeeded as the 5th Baronet Cotton, of Connington, co. Huntingdon [E., 1611] on 5 February 1730/31.1
