Captain William Edwardes, 3rd Baron Kensington was born on 3 February 1801.2 He was the son of William Edwardes, 2nd Baron Kensington and Dorothy Patricia Thomas.1 He married Laura Jane Ellison, daughter of Cuthbert Ellison and Isabella Grace Ibottson, on 12 October 1833.2 He died on 1 January 1872 at age 70.2
He gained the rank of Captain in the Royal Navy.2 He succeeded as the 3rd Baron Kensington [I., 1776] on 10 August 1852.2 He held the office of Lord-Lieutenant of Pembrokeshire between 1861 and 1872.2

Laura Jane Ellison was baptised on 1 May 1813 at Heworth, County Durham, England.2 She was the daughter of Cuthbert Ellison and Isabella Grace Ibottson.1,2 She married Captain William Edwardes, 3rd Baron Kensington, son of William Edwardes, 2nd Baron Kensington and Dorothy Patricia Thomas, on 12 October 1833.1 She died on 26 February 1846 at age 32.1

Francis Power Plantagenet Hastings, 14th Earl of Huntingdon was born on 4 December 1841.2 He was the son of Francis Theophilus Henry Hastings, 13th Earl of Huntingdon and Elizabeth Anne Power.1,2 He married Mary Anne Wilmot Westenra, daughter of Lt.-Col. Hon. John Craven Westenra and Anne Daubuz, on 15 August 1867.2 He died on 20 May 1885 at age 43.2
