Description

Once the new Codex color palette has been released (T373225), the equivalent updates to colors and their application needs to be done in OOUI.

Acceptance Criteria

The places in OOUI that need to be updated are identified
OOUI's 'colors.less' file for fallback values of Codex design tokens which will be updated with Codex release
demo.css and tutorials.css to have equal color values
comments in WikimediaUI theme's common.less
OOUI is updated to the appropriate new colors where needed
The changes are staged on patchdemo for testing by other teams
