Warn people who left ~~~~ on a Flow message

Description

I can see a lot of messages or feedback provided via Flow where people add the ~~~~. Is it possible to display a brief message like "you don't need to sign" then the four tildes are detected?

Apparently, Flow now shows the signature instead of ~~~~.

Only if you type it in the code editor. Otherwise, you juste have a string of 4 tildes (and some nowiki markup on the wikicode).

Given how many newcomers use the ~~~~ to sign in Flow messages, some sort of notice would be great.
