For a number of reasons, some users (likely occasional ones) keep adding the 4 tildes signature at the bottom of their messages, which I believe leads to the entire line being automatically nowiki'd because they're doing so in VE-mode.
I think seeing all those tildes is potentially confusing to readers. Would it make sense to recognize such signatures and remove them on save instead?
