Peter Munn: This reference was changed from A082142 to A092246 in revision 3, 2004 Jun 12. A082142 is duplicate of A069723, which clearly matches the text, whereas any connection to A092246 is not at all clear (except for A092246 being newly uploaded to the database 2004 Jun 12).
