Ex-husband's name

[edit]

The first article ever written about him (http://www.ikjeld.com/japannews/00000164.php) - republished in New Idea - says that Kimi Tanaka is a pseudonym. Most of the subsequent reporting just gives that name as if it's fact. Should his name be changed to "Unknown"? Mickyc85 (talk) 13:18, 24 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Further Reading Edit

[edit]

I think this does need to be normalised to match every other page. A further reading suggestion of a book which was litigated against and pulped by the publisher for copyright breaches, as per the court transcript https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B7MjwfM7HGBgS1QtaGV5ajFjUVk/edit?resourcekey=0-lG4TYUVBj1w4KireQmplMQ should be removed.

The successful defamation cases against it certainly make the reference impossible to sustain. The definition of defamation is after all "communicating false statements about a person that injure the reputation of that person". In the Wikipedia context the page is directly referring readers to false statements. As per https://www.heraldsun.com.au/news/national/schapelle-corbys-family-awarded-almost-1-million-in-sins-of-the-father-defamation-case/news-story/ded5c50cf16930dfb17c41dc50c6f524 — Preceding unsigned comment added by LegalZeagle (talkcontribs) 16:46, 16 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]
