The chloride channel page itself is pretty limited in its coverage. I think you're adding some pretty good information, especially considering the information that is already there. Given that there is already a section on pathology of the Cl channels, it might be a good idea to add something in there talking about thomsen's disease, barrter's syndrome, etc. that you mention along with the mutation of the CBS motifs. This seems great and very comprehensive. I think that the explanation of the different motifs in the proteins would be better understood in general if accompanied by some type of figure to illustrate what is being said in the text. I would also find it useful to talk more about the physiology of these channels and maybe make connections to other things that the general reader would be more familiar with.
