If it makes any difference, I just realized the "roster" template (but not the "current roster" template) has a "(GL)" designation in the legend which says On assignment to G League affiliate, but it is not currently being used on Bronny's name there. I'm not very active in updating those templates, but my understanding is that a 2-way player is left on the NBA roster, since they still have a contract with them. Unfortunately, I don't think I know the answer to that question, hence why I am asking you. Has there ever been a consensus reached in the NBA project for handling this type of situation? I poked through some of the style guides, subpages, and WT:NBA archives but couldn't find anything specific about this. @Left guide: It could be one of those de facto processes. Remember WP is WP:NOTBURO (but I often throw things in WP:NBASTYLE because I hate having to search and shortcuts make handy references). That discussion link is helpful, thank you. So if I am understanding correctly, the difference is the designation (TW) Two-way affiliate player is a player with a G-League contract who sometimes goes back and forth to the NBA team, and the designation (GL) On assignment to G League affiliate is a player with an NBA contract who sometimes goes back and forth to the G-League team, yes? Roughly. Two-way players are special NBA roster designations—they have an NBA contract, but are limited as to how many games they can play at the NBA level. They can spend time in the G League, and cannot play in the NBA playoff. Contrast with a standard NBA contract player, who in their first few years in the NBA can be assigned by their team to spend time in the G League. The hockey infobox doesn't even have year spans for the teams (it's in the table of contents I guess though). Also, Alexander Ovechkin's Stanley Cup win is buried in the 14th row of the honors table. And I can't even tell how many Stanley Cups Wayne Gretzky won. He doesn't even have an honors section, there's only a link to List of career achievements by Wayne Gretzky in the "Legacy" section. I can't blame them for having the infobox like that though, at least when there's nothing in the infobox, you don't have to argue with people.
