附身，又叫做奪舍，係超自然概念嘅一種，解做活人嘅軀體俾超自然靈體（好似惡魔、神、先人嘅靈魂之類）暫時控制住，做出同平時唔一樣嘅行為。附身嘅概念可以喺好多宗教、神話同埋民間傳說度搵到。

唔係所有宗教都認為靈體純為善或者係惡，當嗰隻靈體被認定係邪嘅時候，多數會用「鬼上身」嚟形容；而通緊靈嗰陣啲靈體就會被當係善類。其他用喺附身嘅術語有：巫毒、Yuwipi、受洗（於聖靈）。

有啲宗教——特別係亞伯拉罕諸教——唔認「有益靈體」附身嘅講法。如果佢哋接受附身嘅概念，佢哋自然會將附身當成邪惡。好多宗教都用儀式嚟趕走上咗人身嘅邪靈，一般叫做驅魔。
