Bright-Eyed Crabs can be found on freshwater shores in the Lanayru Great Spring and Eldin Canyon. Many of them live in the area surrounding Ne'ez Yohma Shrine in Zora's Domain. They are also sold by the traveling Merchants Chumin and Bugut.
Eating a Bright-Eyed Crab raw will restore one Heart to Link's Life Gauge. They can also be roasted by a Fire to make Blackened Crab or chilled by Ice to make Frozen Crab. Cooking one in a Cooking Pot will result in a meal with Stamina-restoring effects.[1]
