Shiny Mushrooms are items in Paper Mario: Sticker Star and Paper Mario: The Origami King.
In Paper Mario: Sticker Star, Shiny Mushrooms appear as stickers and can be bought for 30 coins in Decalburg, Outlook Point, and Shaved-Ice Cave, and found in Whammino Mountain and Rumble Volcano. Mario can also earn one from the Traveling Toad after rescuing him in Drybake Desert and Holey Thicket. They normally heal 40 HP, however pressing right before Mario uses it will restore 60 HP. It is sticker #80 in the Sticker Museum, next to its variants.
In Paper Mario: The Origami King, they can be bought for 300 coins in Toad Town, Shogun Studios, and Diamond Island, or in threes as a Shiny Mushroom 3-Pack for 840 coins at Shroom City and Diamond Island. Using one in this game restores 100 HP. Luigi finds a Shiny Mushroom in Bowser's Castle.
