So action-whacked, it's gonna leave a mark.

Vortexx was the Saturday morning children's block on broadcast television network The CW operated by Saban Brands. Launched on August 25, 2012, it was a successor block to Kids' WB. Repeats of Transformers: Prime season 1 aired on the block from December 8, 2012 to June 1, 2013. The episodes were edited for content and time. Transitions were altered as well, as the block airs its commercials at different points in a given half-hour than Hub Network. Some episodes were also skipped at first, but aired out of order later, after the season 1 finale, as "bonus" episodes.

In June of 2014, it was announced that the Vortexx block would be discontinued, with the last official date of broadcast being September 27 of that year (barring local broadcast delays). It was replaced by a live-action "edutainment" block known as "One Magnificent Morning." The demise of Vortexx also marked the end of regular Saturday-morning kids' entertainment programming being broadcast at the national main channel level on over-the-air stations in the United States.
