Isn't this guy just the IDW version of G1 Lug? Why is this a separate page?

Fair point, but things like personality and design can vary across universes, so I think it's best to assume that he is G1 Lug unless we're told otherwise

There was already a Soundwave in Dreamwave, so he and Soundblaster had to be separate entities, but there was not a Lug in IDW prior to this one, so he is most likely just the IDW universe's version of Lug - Awsm57 12:05 AM, 17 December 2016 (Central Time)

At the Orbital Comics James Roberts and Jack Lawrence signing on the 16th, James just said he liked the name, and Jack said the colours were a coincidence. Case closed, probably. To Lug or not to Lug

Is it clear that Lug never existed in the first place, or that Anode was saved and Lug died on the planet the Necrobot snatched "them" from? - TBR (talk) 19:45, 10 May 2017 (EDT)

Re-reading the first issue, Lug definitely shows up and interacts with the world prior to the Necrobot showing up. All indications are that she existed, but wasn't brought along. However, it hasn't been confirmed whether she is currently alive or dead - only that Lug is not one of the Disappeared. Wheelbug (talk) 10:08, 30 May 2017 (EDT)
