Determined to make bad where his Autobot son went good, Sixshot joins the Decepticons!

Few Decepticons are as feared as Sixshot (aka Six Shot and Greatshot), either by the Autobots or by their own comrades. As the first Transformer Six Changer, able to assume six different modes, he is officially designated as a "Solo Transformer Assault Group" (or "S.T.A.G."), but is more colloquially known among those who know and fear him as a "one-robot army". Sixshot's destructive ability is the stuff of legend, a gleeful murderousness that is matched in ferocity only by the intensity with which he sets to the bloody tasks given him. He is not to be mistaken for a mindless weapon, however—he is highly intelligent, and not without honor of a warped sort. He grants due respect to any opponent he deems worthy, and always speaks well of them after he has inevitably dispatched them to, as he puts it, "the great junkyard in the sky".

These attitudes are reflective of Sixshot's understanding of the inevitable end that waits for a warrior such as he, and the hope that when his own end eventually arrives he will be remembered in the same way. But that end will be long in coming, for although Sixshot believes that life is only worth living for as long as there are opponents who can challenge him, his mantra does not preclude his own allegiance changing in order to make new enemies and challenges where none existed before.

He kills. He destroys. He eradicates. He doesn't negotiate!

"Sixshot, The Freshmaker".

Sixshot was among the Decepticons who stormed Cybertron in 2007 in order to seize control of the Plasma Energy Chamber. When the Aerialbots barred the villains' way, Galvatron called upon Sixshot to take them on, and he proceeded to effortlessly use each of his five alternate modes to down the five individual members of the team. In order, he shot down Air Raid while in tank mode, transformed to beast mode and flew up to destroy Fireflight, landed and transformed to armored car mode to shoot down Slingshot, transformed to jet mode to shoot Skydive and finally transformed into his gun mode which Cyclonus used to shoot down Silverbolt. Converting back to robot mode to survey his handiwork, Sixshot mirthfully dismissed the brief battle as being "like shooting cyber-ducks in a barrel." The Rebirth, Part 1

Sixshot, a member of the Six Clan, had a long, bloody history of being a scoundrel and a killer. Millions of years prior to his becoming Decepticon City Commander, Sixshot traveled to the planet Master and tried to rip off a mining operation. One of the miners, Abel, stood up to him and Sixshot brutally murdered him. Abel happened to be a good friend of Chromedome's, however, this was before he underwent the Headmaster process and he was too weak to stop Sixshot. Terror! The Six Shadows

So the character that everyone remembers from this series isn't even a Headmaster, huh? Gotta fix that.

Sixshot debuted in 2011 with the function of "Decepticon Dinobase Ninja Commander".[1] In this respect, he was something of an arch-enemy to Ultra Magnus. They had their first encounter when Sixshot led Soundwave and the Triple Changers against the Autobots on Earth, trying to prevent reinforcements from reaching Cybertron. Four Warriors Come out of the Sky When Hot Rod went to Earth, Sixshot and Soundwave were dispatched to find out why. The Mystery of Planet Master Sixshot was immensely powerful and soon usurped Cyclonus and Scourge as Galvatron's bestest fwend. Birth of the Fantastic Double Prime He personally guided Trypticon into battle on Earth in order to test Galvatron's Madmachine on Metroplex. The Great Cassette Operation

Sixshot and Galvatron came up with a plan to steal energy from the six major nations on Earth. Using his until-then hidden ability to assume six different modes, combined with his ninja shadow powers, Sixshot would pose as a group of robots extorting energy from Earth, throwing the Autobots off-balance as he would not appear to be associated with the Decepticons. In his various modes, Sixshot made several terrorist strikes on the countries he was blackmailing. He made two vital mistakes, though: one, by not telling Scourge and Cyclonus about the plan, they recruited Trypticon to keep this "mystery robot" from muscling in on Decepticon turf. And two, he attacked Japan. Nobody attacks Japan on the Trainbots' watch. Sixshot was swarmed with enemies in Japan, first the combiner Raiden, then the misguided Decepticons leading Trypticon into the fray, and finally Chromedome and the Headmasters, who had finally recognized him as the evil ninja from Master millions of years before. All the ninja tricks in the world couldn't get Sixshot out of THAT ruckus unscathed. Terror! The Six Shadows

Sixshot Scorponok.jpg

Later, when Galvatron stormed Cybertron to capture the super-metal known as Cybertonuron, Sixshot happened to let it slip to Scorponok that Galvatron said he wouldn't need the Headmaster anymore once the Cybertonuron was his. Cybertron Is in Grave Danger, Part 1 Coincidentally enough, Galvatron vanished in a huge explosion just hours later, and Scorponok assumed command of the Decepticons. He declared his new position before Sixshot, Soundblaster and the others, and began hatching evil schemes of his own. As Scorponok sent the Headmasters and Triple Changers to capture the energy-absorbing satellite Sol 1, Sixshot occupied the Autobots on Earth so that they couldn't interfere. The Shadow Emperor, Scorponok Sixshot also coordinated Scorponok's scheme to distract the Autobots with a volcanic eruption in Peru. The Dormant Volcano Mysteriously Erupts

In order to keep the Autobots from interfering with Scorponok's plans on Mars, Sixshot and Trypticon intercepted them as they left Autobot City. Sixshot used his six modes to keep the Technobots distracted and off-balance. Explosion on Mars!! Maximus Is in Danger Later, he left for Chaar to attend the debut ceremony of MegaZarak, Scorponok's massive new Transtector. Explosion on Mars!! MegaZarak Appears When a mysterious UFO appeared on Earth, Sixshot was swallowed up inside its luminescent form right before Soundblaster's optics. He reappeared with the UFO on the moon in the midst of a battle between the Autobots and Decepticons, when it was revealed that the UFO was a starcruiser piloted by the returning Decepticon emperor, Galvatron. Return of the Immortal Emperor

After learning the Autobots were going to stockpile large quantities of energon and send it to the needy planet Sandra, Galvatron had Sixshot coordinate a raid on the relief mission. Sixshot and his leader joined the Terrorcons and Constructicons (and Brawl) for an attack on the Trainbots before they could take off with the energon. The battle between the two forces stalemated, as the Decepticons failed to capture the energon, but also prevented the Trainbots from successfully fleeing with it. After shooting down the trains, Sixshot fought their Light-Speed Commander, Shouki. The stalemate eventually ended when the Autobots pulled back and sent the energon from their second base on Athenia instead. SOS from Planet Sandra

You were right about one thing, Motormaster. The negotiators were short.

Sixshot was next seen using his ninja powers to disguise himself as Galvatron for a meeting with Spike Witwicky. While "Galvatron" pretended to entertain the notion of a joint energy generating project with the Autobots, the real Galvatron gathered his forces to strike out at energy sources elsewhere in the universe. The Autobot double agent Counterpunch reported on the ruse to his superiors, and Sixshot was revealed. As he led the Decepticons on Earth in a retreat, Sixshot blew up the Space Bridge ring as they were departing, preventing Autobot pursuit. Furthermore, because the Space Bridge nexus was already destabilized after the destruction of Mars, the Space Bridges on Athenia and Cybertron were also destroyed thanks to Sixshot's attack. Daniel Faces His Biggest Crisis Ever!!

Sixshot attacking.jpg

As the Decepticons flew out into deep space to raid new sources of energy, Sixshot clearly distinguished himself as Galvatron's right-hand man. On Hive, Galvatron only took Sixshot and the Horrorcons with him to force the entire planet to surrender to the Decepticon cause. They fought their way to the palace and its energy stockpile, but were blocked at the five yard line by Chromedome and the Headmasters. Fight to the Death on Planet Hive!! On their next stop, the Decepticons attacked Sperity, the more developed of the Twin Star planets. Galvatron sent Sixshot and Soundblaster to uncover as much energon as they could, but the supply was drastically short. They could barely scrape together enough cubes to fill a room. The Decepticons learned too late that all of Sperity's people and energon had been diverted to the sister planet, Toruin. Battle for Defense of the False Planet When the Decepticons came to Daros to stock up on "goodwill" energon from their ally, the corrupt governor, Galvatron sent out Sixshot and the Horrorcons to stall Fortress's men so that their refueling could be completed. Sixshot successfully kept the Autobot Headmasters occupied long enough for Scorponok to fill up. Find MegaZarak's Weak Spot!! Next, on Paradise, Sixshot was sent to occupy the Autobots alone while the other Decepticons gathered energy. He waged a solo Transformer assault (group) on the Battleship Maximus, challenging Fortress's massive vessel. Its weapon systems were inoperative at the time, but hey, it looked impressive. Head Formation of Friendship The Decepticon mission continued at full pace, and they succeeded in accumulating energon on roughly half of the thirteen worlds they visited. Finally, on the Pirate Planet, Sixshot welcomed their new allies, the Decepticon Clones. The Clones and Sixshot aided Galvatron in the search for hidden proton energy on the planet before finally starting their return journey back to Chaar. Mystery of the Space Pirate Ship

I've got nothing to lose and I've got nothing to prove, so I'll be dancing with myself.

Back in our galaxy, Sixshot aided Galvatron in carrying forward his ultimate plan. Sixshot cautioned his leader that Scorponok would not sit idly by while Galvatron made himself all-powerful, but Galvatron dismissed the threat of Scorponok as ultimately insignificant. As the final preparations were being made, Sixshot led an army of Horrorcons, Combaticons and Terrorcons in an assault on Earth. Once the Autobot energy facility in Miami was under siege, Sixshot returned to Autobot City with Trypticon to attack Ultra Magnus while his troops were scattered dealing with other threats. Sixshot and Ultra Magnus fought in personal combat, as Sixshot made full use of his Six-Changer and ninja multiplication powers. After a tireless barrage, Sixshot unveiled his hidden seventh mode, the Wingwolf, possessing the power of all his separate modes combined. The Wingwolf's assault was too much for Ultra Magnus, and he succumbed to his wounds. The enraged Autobot Headmasters arrived just in time to witness his fall, and they turned their anger on Sixshot, driving him from the murder scene. Ultra Magnus Dies!!

Sixshot grand galvatron.jpg

Flush with victory, Sixshot continued the war on Earth, unleashing Menasor, Bruticus, Abominus and the Horrorcons to attack five different locations at once, stretching the Autobot forces to the breaking point. He also uncovered the secret location of Scorponok, who had gone AWOL earlier during the siege of Earth. Reporting back to his commander on Chaar, Sixshot informed Galvatron of his findings. During this meeting, Galvatron unveiled his full plan for the stockpiled energon—he wanted to become another Unicron, incorporating Earth itself into his body to become the planet-sized Grand Galvatron. To do so, he would require..."donations" from the finest of Transformer warriors, using them as spare parts to assemble his massive new frame with the best transforming parts available. Galvatron informed Sixshot that his own impressive transforming powers would mark him as the first warrior Galvatron would honor by disassembling.

Less than thrilled with the idea of being scrapped for Galvatron's insane ambitions, Sixshot reported to Scorponok and forged an alliance with the Headmaster leader in order to hold off his grisly fate. When Galvatron came upon them, Sixshot and Scorponok faked a scuffle until the Autobots arrived on the scene as well. Sixshot was caught up in battle with Metroplex, who was seeking revenge for the death of Ultra Magnus. Fortunately for Sixshot, the Autobot Headmasters united against Galvatron and left him buried deep beneath the icefields of Alaska. Although Sixshot and Scorponok were forced to flee, Sixshot no longer had to worry about being incorporated into the "Grand Galvatron". The Emperor of Destruction Vanishes on an Iceberg

Sixshot devoted himself to the new leader, Scorponok, and continued his efforts to upset the Autobot activity on Earth. He and Trypticon staged another attack on Autobot City, injuring Spike Witwicky in the process. I Risk My Life for Earth Scorponok was soon driven off Earth after the Autobots discovered the weak point on his MegaZarak Transtector, and so the Decepticons' new target was the planet Master. When six robots escaped Master in an attempt to warn the Autobots, Sixshot pursued them along with Slugslinger, Misfire and Triggerhappy. They came across the Battleship Maximus in space, and Sixshot engaged the Autobot Headmasters in warfare, using his multiplication power to confuse them. Chromedome and his allies managed to hold their own, however, and the fighting continued until a massive explosion of plasma energy rocked the area. Miraculous Warriors, Targetmasters (Part 1)

(thumbnail)
Just... don't think of that image too much, okay?

In the aftermath, Sixshot found Slugslinger and his men had been fused to the Master refugees in the plasma explosion. He brought them back to Master to recuperate, and these new Targetmasters joined Scorponok's forces for the invasion. The Decepticons were forced to modify their plans once the Battleship Maximus arrived in defense of Master. At Scorponok's command, Sixshot used his ninja powers to cast an illusion disguising him as Chromedome. He used his disguise to get close to Chromedome's friend Jack and kidnap him so that the Decepticons could learn about the Master Sword and the Headmasters' weaknesses. Sixshot tortured the poor scientist vigorously, but even Mindwipe's hypnotic powers could not compel Jack to reveal what he didn't know. With his usefulness at an end, Sixshot concocted a cruel plan for using their prisoner against the Autobots. Jack was turned into a suicide bomber, implanted with a powerful explosive and hypnotically compelled to return to the Battleship Maximus and detonate. Chromedome was forced to shoot down his own friend in order to protect the others. Enraged over the deaths of Jack, Abel, and Ultra Magnus, Chromedome launched a furious assault on Sixshot with his fellow Headmasters. Sixshot's arms were blasted completely off his body in the fight, and he was forced to flee before the vengeful Autobot finished him off. Miraculous Warriors, Targetmasters (Part 2)

(thumbnail)
The Autobots could really use Chip Chase right now.

In order to uncover the secret of the Master Sword, Sixshot had the young Autobot named Wheelie kidnapped and dangled above a pit of acid. He demanded that Fortress reveal the secrets within three hours or else Wheelie would die. Chromedome and Danny Witwicky managed to rescue Wheelie from the Decepticons, but Sixshot and his allies were able to steal the data they wanted from Fortress anyway. The Master Sword Is in Danger!! As Scorponok continued construction on his new super weapon, Sixshot led a group of Decepticons to distract Fortress Maximus, keeping him busy elsewhere while the final stages were being completed. The Zarak Shield Turns the Tide Eventually, the Zarak Shield was completed, and the Decepticons rose up from beneath the city center in a massive battle. Sixshot fought against Fortress's warriors and the junior soldiers Chromedome had been training. Operation: Destroy the Decepticons

So, uh...how about that Internet? Lotta stuff on that Internet...

As the Decepticons made their way back towards Earth, Scorponok recklessly carried the scorpion through an asteroid field against Sixshot's warnings, causing damage to the ship. After Sixshot pointed out his lord's error, Scorponok ordered him out of the ship to attack the pursuing Battleship Maximus alone. During the battle, one of the Autobots' main cannons was jettisoned, and both it and Sixshot were swept up in a space vortex, depositing them on the planet Daira far from the battle. After reviving, Sixshot discovered Danny Witwicky had been inside the turret when it was launched. Although the boy was initially frightened, Sixshot assured Danny it was beneath him to make war on small children. As the two began to separate, a group of rock-creatures rose from the ground to attack. Sixshot defended both himself and Danny, and the two formed a cautious alliance. "Uncle" Sixshot kept Danny alive on Daira until the Autobot Headmasters arrived to rescue him. Chromedome was spoiling for a fight, but Danny insisted they leave Sixshot alone. My Friend Sixshot!

They found my only weakness, unconvincing flame effects!

Despite being abandoned on the field of battle, Sixshot returned to the Decepticons and presented himself before Lord Scorponok once again for service. Scorponok's ship was still in need of repairs, and so Sixshot prepared a distraction—he challenged Chromedome to single combat on Juno. He hoped that destroying Chromedome would cripple the Headmasters' effectiveness and keep all of the Autobots busy until the scorpion could be repaired. Hours later, the duel began, and both combatants fought furiously until Danny arrived, throwing himself between them. While Sixshot denied Danny's pleas to their friendship, he also could not bring himself to shoot the boy in order to get to Chromedome. The stalemate ended abruptly with a massive explosion: Scorponok had laid a series of bombs around Juno in the hopes of eliminated both Sixshot and the Autobots. With Danny in danger, Sixshot declared the duel over. He charged Chromedome with getting the boy to safety, and saved Danny from falling into a ravine just before seemingly being consumed by a blast of lava himself. Duel on the Asteroid

"For the last time kid I don't give autographs!".

Sixshot survived the blast, and made his way to Earth by clinging to the outside of the Battleship Maximus as it returned. By this point, Sixshot had deemed Scorponok his enemy, and was searching for a way to even their score. With his falling out with Scorponok not common knowledge, he made contact with Bruticus and the Decepticon Clones to gather information about Scorponok's current plans, and their upcoming rendez-vous at the North Pole. The Final Showdown on Earth (Part 1) After a battle with the Autobots in Egypt, Sixshot secretly followed Scorponok back to the underwater entrance to Lemuria. Seeing Sixshot, Scorponok once again tried to pretend he was overjoyed by the Ninja Commander's return. Sixshot played along long enough to learn about Scorponok's plans for the crysmagnetal, and then attempted to depart. A suspicious Scorponok refused to allow him to leave and fired upon Sixshot, but only succeeded in hitting one of the ninja's holographic doubles. While at the North Pole, Sixshot intervened twice in the battle between the Autobots and Decepticons, saving Danny from Battletrap and Menasor. In the end, he swore not to return to the Decepticons, and bade Danny farewell. The Final Showdown on Earth (Part 2)

Legends Greatshot transtector.jpeg

In 2021, the Decepticon Sixshot worked with Daniel to break Star Saber out of the Planet Micro Satellite Penitentiary by surrendering himself to the inhabitants of Micro, who removed his head and converted it into a Micro-sized robot in order to weaken him. Having foreseen this, however, Sixshot had already converted his body into a transtector that he and Daniel used to escape to the Legends World with Star Saber. There they hid out with Chromedome, who was willing to put his grudge against Sixshot aside as long as the ninja helped him with his manga artist career, and when a resurrected Ultra Magnus came to recapture Star Saber, Sixshot battled and defeated him once more. His victory was short-lived, however, as he was then impaled from behind by Nightbird for breaking the Six Clan's law to remain hidden. While he accepted death as punishment for his evil deeds and said his goodbyes to Daniel, he ended up surviving the explosion of his transtector and instead disappeared into the shadows. Hearing of the Legends World's power to bring back the dead, he vowed to repay Chromedome by resurrecting Abel and Jack and sought out Giga to learn more. Bonus Edition Vol. 50

To thank Sixshot for rescuing him, Star Saber gave Sixshot a new transtector, encouraging him to use it to become "Greatshot", to maintain the illusion that he was dead and avoid the Six Clan's wrath. Sixshot took to the idea, but first went to Giga so that they could use the Shinchōkon in the Legends World to resurrect Jack. However, his resurrection required that Sixshot give up his body and thus his soul was transferred to the Greatshot transtector while the Headmaster became a new incarnation of Jack. The two returned to the G1 World in 2022, where they worked in concert with Star Saber's Autobots to put a final end to the Concurrence.

Greatshot eventually received his own head, allowing Jack and Greatshot to become fully independent beings. In 2026, Greatshot received potentially fatal injuries in the Silvart War, but was saved by the timely appearance of his Autobot and human friends, who had been searching for him since his disappearance the year prior. Greatshot's former friends included the criminal mercenaries Blue Bacchus and Black Shadow as well as the sociopathic Guyhawk. Greatshot trailed the pair of mercenaries to planet Micro, intent on stopping them as his first step in "putting an end to conflict." There he encountered and teamed up with Star Saber, the Autobot leader, who was himself investigating Decepticon attacks. Greatshot informed the Autobots that he would deal with the matter as a point of honor, though Star Saber insisted on helping anyway. Greatshot was able to best the two Crossformer mercenariess in combat, destroying their powerful shells, though he failed to defeat either core opponent. In the year 2011, Galvatron made plans for an all-out assault on the planet Cybertron. These plans, however, required that the Decepticon Headmasters successfully escape from planet Master and reach Chaar. With the Decepticon Headmasters being tailed by the Autobot Headmasters, Galvatron dispatched Sixshot to ensure that his newest recruits escape their pursuers. Arriving just in time, Sixshot easily defeated the Autobot Headmasters, then angrily ordered the Decepticon Headmasters to head for Chaar so they could participate in the assault on Cybertron. Jesse, what the hell are you talking about

For the sake of proving how insanely evil he was, Sixshot one day just decided to up and steal a capsule of emergency food rations from a spaceship. The Autobot Headmasters and Daniel attempted to stop him, but they were no match for the ninja, who vanished in a cloud of smoke.

Applauding himself as the "Devil King of Space", Sixshot then swooped down to a nearby planet to relax. Basking in the beauty of nature, Sixshot decided to share his pic-a-nic basket with all the cute and cuddly forest creatures romping and playing on and around him. Suddenly, Daniel popped up behind him, noting that he was nothing more than a big ol' softy. As it turned out, Daniel had latched onto Sixshot as he was making his escape from the Headmasters. Daniel asked Sixshot to join the Autobots since he was actually just a total poser, but Sixshot explained that he owed a ninja debt of ninja loyalty to Galvatron and could do no such thing.

Then Daniel got shot in the arm. As the boy recovered, Sixshot recognized the group of gun-toting rednecks as Space Hunters. Not about to let them kill all the cute animals (and Daniel), Sixshot transformed to all six of his modes, defeating the Hunters, and then to his Wingwolf mode just for the sake of overkill. With the Space Hunters fleeing, Sixshot saw to dressing Daniel's wound and then, with a speech about power, honor and loyalty (and after sending an SOS to Athenia to get Daniel a ride home), he zoomed off into space. Once the Triple Changers turned out to be a success, Shockwave sought to create an even more impressive warrior that could transform into an unprecedented six modes. Shortly after finishing with the being he named Sixshot, Shockwave berated Blitzwing for acting out of rank, in response to which Astrotrain later suggested that Blitzwing (the first triple Changer) no longer was Shockwave's favourite. Lost and Found Shockwave's short rule was ended by Megatron before his project could be unveiled, and so apparently passed under Megatron's radar. While Megatron had moved his attentions to Earth, Sixshot was seen examining the remains of Blitzwing at the deserted site of Shockwave's former base. The Route of All Evil

Earlier in the series, Octane was shown piloting a land vehicle that was clearly Sixshot's tank mode, which was later jacked by the Dinobots. This vehicle never transformed or showed any signs of sentience, so whether or not it was actually Sixshot is debatable. James McDonough later noted in an interview that it was not some random easter egg, and that its inclusion was deliberate foreshadowing of the future of Shockwave's experiments in multiple transformations.

Over time, Sixshot's lethal nature and the sheer horror of his job resulted in his being ostracized by his fellow Decepticons, leaving only the Terrorcons—a troop of Decepticon warriors who looked up to Sixshot and aspired to be a powerful as he—as the closest he could consider to friends. Although not the most social of warriors, Sixshot did miss the camaraderie of battle, and eventually became tired of his role, losing the glee he used to have and becoming bored with it all.

Trying to warn his boss that setting off this chain of events will only lead to All Hail Megatron.

When the Terrorcons disappeared during a mission to the planet Mumu-Obscura, Sixshot set out to rescue his "friends". Discovering that they were in the clutches of a group of destructive aliens known as the Reapers, who had razed Mumu-Obscura of all life, Sixshot was offered a proposition by their leader Deathbringer: defeat the Reapers in battle, and the Terrorcons would live. Sixshot fought valiantly, but the Reapers proved to just be toying with him, and the battle concluded when Deathbringer revealed that the entire fight had been a test of Sixshot's power—the Reapers wanted the Decepticon to join them. Although tempted by the offer of a cause to fight for instead of the degrading, dull destruction of his job, Sixshot found that he could not pass Deathbringer's final test—to kill the Terrorcons himself—and Deathbringer allowed the Decepticons to all leave alive in the hope that when they crossed paths with Sixshot again, he would be ready. Think the insurance company will cover those?

Sixshot was soon summoned to the planet Earth by Megatron after the Decepticon leader was bested in battle there by Optimus Prime. Escalation #6 As Earth was presently only in phase two of infiltration protocol, Sixshot was as confused by his early deployment as the other Decepticons were worried by it, but chose not to press the issue with the furious Megatron. Devastation #1 Ordered to hunt down and destroy Optimus Prime's unit, Sixshot followed location co-ordinates relayed by Ratbat and intercepted the Autobots' Ark-19, blowing it out of the sky with a single shot. Devastation #2 The craft crashed into the Gulf of Mexico, and believing all aboard destroyed, Sixshot then turned his attention to Ratchet, Verity Carlo, and Jimmy Pink, who had ejected in an escape pod as the ship went down. Ratchet and his human allies got a head start when Sixshot was briefly distracted by some human fighter jets that he effortlessly destroyed, but the Decepticon soon tracked them to an ambulance pool in Pensacola. Unhindered by the local rules of engagement, Sixshot began destroying all the ambulances (in the process making himself the first Transformer witnessed by humanity at large), forcing Ratchet to reveal himself rather than cause human casualties.

Some moron brought a cougar to a party and it went berserk.

The chase continued with Sixshot in wolf mode, pursing Ratchet out of town and to the Gulf of Mexico's edge, where he was prevented from killing him by the emergence of the still-living crew of the Ark-19 from the water Devastation #3 Shrugging off their attacks, Sixshot took on the seven-strong team of Autobots single-handedly, badly wounding Bumblebee and Jazz and forcing all save Optimus Prime to escape via orbital jump. Sixshot found that the Autobot leader gave him a considerable run for his money, but he was forced to break off the fight when he was summoned back to Decepticon headquarters to deal with a more urgent threat: the Reapers had arrived on Earth! Speedlines accompany Sixshot wherever he goes.

Engaging the Reapers in battle in Oregon, Sixshot was again offered a place in the group by Deathbringer, this time with the promise that he would die if he refused: if not at the Reapers' hands, then at the hands of his own maddening isolation. Sixshot's struggle was suddenly resolved by the appearance of Starscream from the Decepticon base, challenging Sixshot to a duel to the death. His decision made for him, Sixshot changed sides, at which point Starscream activated Sixshot's "off switch", a verbal command of "Reset: pi-orion-actual-orbit. Enable." Sixshot immediately shut down and crashed. Devastation #5

Sixshot's body was recovered by Galvatron Devastation #6 and brought to the Dead Universe scientist Jhiaxus, who repaired him but implanted a device in his brain which placed him under Jhiaxus's control. Operational again, Sixshot was deployed to the fourth moon of Bhul, there to guard one of the Nega-Cores the Dead Universe Transformers required for their Expansion. Dehn-dehn-DEHHHHHHHHHHH!

Freed of Jhiaxus's control following the defeat of the Dead Universe crew, Sixshot traded the scientist's technology to Megatron in exchange for his freedom. At last unencumbered by the weight of his duty as a Phase Sixer and able to enthusiastically enjoy himself in his work again, Sixshot went on a snatch-and-grab mission to recover secret Autobot scientific research, sneaking into Orvus Base and killing most of the crew before they knew what hit them. The Throttlebots were stationed there, however, and were able to escape with the data to the planet Orvus Base orbited, Salvvatan VIII. Sixshot pursued the small Autobots to a mysterious deserted city on the planet, where their fight triggered some unusual alarms, prompting a giant arm to emerge from the city and crush Sixshot. This failed to incapacitate the Decepticon, so the city—in actuality, Metroplex—completed its transformation and stomped on Sixshot, successfully putting him out of commission. Spotlight: Metroplex

Sixshot soon came back online and attacked the remaining Throttlebots as they tried to leave Salvvatan VIII, damaging their shuttle and forcing them to crash land on Regalis V. However, Sixshot was somehow repelled and Goldbug believed that they managed to kill the Six-Changer. The Dead Come Home, Part 1

2019 IDW continuity

First appearance: Transformers #9
(thumbnail)
This one scene is to make up for not using his car mode at all in the previous continuity.

Sixshot was well-known and feared as a "solo assault team", having completed many dangerous missions during the Age of Expansion. The Change In Your Nature Part One He became one of Shockwave's top lieutenants in The Rise and was forced to evacuate a Rise base under the Memorial Crater after it had been discovered by Autobot security forces. After harshly disciplining his overeager subordinate Flamewar for drawing the attention of Security Operations, Sixshot ordered her and Shadow Striker to destroy the base and eliminate witnesses in order to protect The Rise's secrets. As Shadow Striker set explosives within and Flamewar went topside to deal with any Autobots above, Sixshot went to intercept Chromia and Windblade after they had entered. While he got the drop on and pinned down Chromia, Sixshot was run-through from behind by Windblade's sword and forced to retreat after hearing Shadow Striker announce that the base would soon explode. He transformed to jet mode and retreated alongside his subordinates just before the detonation. The Cracks Beneath Your Feet Part Three

Sixshot, along with Visper and Storm Cloud, were sent to extract Barricade from the Ascenticon Guard's headquarters. Sixshot, still smarting from the wound Windblade gave him, used his armored car mode to breach one of the fortress' gates and came into conflict with Bumblebee, who tried to prevent them from absconding with Barricade. After defeating the little 'bot with some inside help from Skytread, Sixshot and the others accomplished their mission. The Cracks Beneath Your Feet Part Five When Megatron visited The Rise's remote base in the badlands, he ordered the entire place to be put on lockdown and everyone but Shockwave, Sixshot, and Slipstream to stay in their quarters until further notice. Sixshot and his fellow lieutenant Slipstream were ordered by Megatron to stand and watch as he brutally beat Shockwave to the brink of death, simply to establish his utter authority over The Rise. Sixshot and Slipstream had no qualms over Megatron's assertion of dominance. The Change In Your Nature Part Three

(thumbnail)
Wolf-taicho!

The shift in power seemed to leave the Rise's hierarchy confused, however. Sixshot came to Shockwave to complain about Mindwipe requisitioning his troops for a mission to Iacon, only to learn Shockwave had no knowledge of the mission. All Fall Down Learning that Security was closing in on them, Sixshot informed the in-hiding Quake and Frenzy that they were being transported away and they'd better not make any more trouble for him. Swindle's Unfortunately, the two were stranded in the wilderness along with some other "problematic" Risers after their transport crashed. Sixshot was forced to go to the group's aid personally and found them under attack by Novastar's strike team. Upon arriving on the scene, he used his wolf mode to take down Blades. Tremors

Sixshot stunned Novastar, Smokescreen, and Springer with a handful of homing grenades and stopped Windblade from impaling him again with her sword. When the massive Leviathan arrived on the battlefield and pinned Quake to the ground, Sixshot knew it was time to cut losses, jetting off with Frenzy and Rumble in tow. Prisoners

Let's just...overdose on chill pills for a moment, okay?

After the Rise was absorbed into the Ascenticons and the entire movement rebranded as the Decepticons, rumors began to circulate that Megatron was planning on having Sixshot become the new leader of the former Ascenticon Guard. Awakenings Megatron unveiled Sixshot as such during a staged interview with Andromeda that was broadcast across Iacon. Cyclonus, seeking justice for Sixshot's earlier desecration of the Memorial Crater, infiltrated Decepticon HQ and confronted him. Sixshot had no desire to fight his former comrade, but after it became apparent Cyclonus was out for blood, the two engaged in a brief but intense combat. Sixshot managed to halt the fight when he told Cyclonus that the Autobots had released Pyra Magna from prison. A greater grudge now having overtaken his current one, Cyclonus stood down and Sixshot promised to do his best to get him in a position to kill Pyra Magna. Hunt

Sixshot watched Megatron rage after learning the Autobots had abandoned Iacon. We Are Not Meant To Be Darkness Once he learned Megatron planned on assigning Starscream a significant new position in the hierarchy, Sixshot raised concerns about the Seeker's true loyalties, prompting Megatron to give the job to Soundwave instead. I Have No Mouth And I Must Starscream After Swindle reopened his casino, Sixshot inspected the joint and watched a wrestling match between Crasher and Tentakil. Sixshot tentatively allowed the place to remain open as long as Swindle exclusively catered to Decepticons. Swindle's II

SeaOfRustII SixshotLeadsGuard.jpg

When Skywarp returned to Cybertron and met with Megatron, Sixshot pulled a gun on the former Exarchon loyalist and expressed extreme distrust of him. Sea of Rust I After Termagax had been located out by the Sea of Rust, Sixshot fielded the entire Decepticon Guard to take the Enigma of Combination from her, finding that the Autobots had arrived there first. Sixshot exchanged some threatening words with Skytread, who was still bitter over losing his job as head of the Guard, before sending the Rainmakers out ahead to soften up the enemy. Unexpectedly, the Autobots had prepared for this and shot the Rainmakers down en route. Sixshot had little patience for Skytread's snark about the situation, slapping his subordinate and ordering the Decepticons to advance. Transforming to his wolf mode, Sixshot leaped into the fray as the battle began in earnest. Sea of Rust II

Enigmatic SixshotLeadsRetreat.jpg

After Termagax deployed her horde of spectrosynth drones onto the battlefield, Sixshot grew frustrated and ordered the Battlechargers to clear a path for him through them so he had an open run at Termagax's home. He was intercepted along the way by Skywarp, who teleported inside to retrieve the Enigma of Combination himself. After Skywarp snagged the artifact, he was engaged in a teleport skirmish with Jumpstream, and Sixshot transformed to jet mode to follow them as they popped in-and-out around the battlefield. Sixshot backed off when he saw Sky Lynx come up from behind and bite down on Skywarp, forcing the teleporter to drop the Enigma. It fell to the ground in front of Skytread, who snatched it up as Sixshot landed to confront him. Skytread smugly ventured that he could use the Enigma to take back his position of authority from Sixshot, but Sixshot simply shot his predecessor in the chest. At that moment, seismic activity caused the cliff that Skytread was at the edge of to collapse, and he fell into the Sea of Rust with the Enigma. Hungry rust worms began to devour Skytread as he begged for help, but Sixshot was unable to retrieve the Enigma as it and Skytread's remains were pulled under the surface. With the artifact lost for now, Sixshot ordered a Decepticon retreat. Enigmatic

HEEEEERE'S SHOTY!!!

After Team Stream managed to capture Ultra Magnus, Sixshot was there when the prisoner was presented before Megatron. Still holding a grudge against him, Flamewar tried to intimidate Sixshot, but only left him confused by her half-baked threat. Later, when Ultra Magnus was freed from captivity by a strike team of Autobots, Sixshot received intelligence that they had holed up in Swindle's and took a squad of Decepticons to corner them in the building. Darkness, Once Gazed Upon: Part Two A fight broke out after the Decepticons breached the door and Sixshot transformed to wolf mode to attack Ultra Magnus. Magnus slammed him into his own troops and the Autobots managed to escape by bringing some of the building down around everyone. Roughstuff brought Swindle to an infuriated Sixshot to answer for the debacle, and Sixshot grudgingly accepted Roughstuff's return to the Decepticons. Sixshot let Swindle off with a warning, but everyone's attention was soon drawn to Deathsaurus' dragon mode erupting out of the remains of the building, his body now home to the resurgent Exarchon! Darkness, Once Gazed Upon: Part Three

Sixshot subsequently returned to Decepticon Headquarters. When he found Cyclonus punching his way past Roughstuff and Gutcruncher, Sixshot demanded an explanation, Cyclonus warning that Exarchon had returned. Feeling that the Threefold Spark's return explained the recent disappearances, Sixshot brought Cyclonus before Megatron to repeat the warnings, ones that the Decepticon leader was disinclined to believe. War's End Part One

Maul Brawl: Volume 2

When more warnings about Exarchon came, Megatron agreed to work with the Autobots to defeat the Threefold Spark, sending Sixshot and a team to Exarchon's hideout in the Sonic Canyons. After his forces shot down some Skywarp drones, Sixshot made a dramatic touchdown, finding that the Combaticons had joined with Exarchon before engaging Brawl in combat. War's End Part Two After the Companions arrived on the scene and Jumpstream informed everyone that Devastator was inbound, Sixshot pulled his forces back and regrouped outside Exarchon's base. He and Pyra Magna agreed to work together to combat Exarchon, despite the tensions between Autobots and Decepticons, and began to formulate a plan of attack that took Devastator's presence into account. War's End Part Three

Mindwipe, Sparkstalker, and Bitstream soon arrived on the scene with a plan to seal Exarchon inside a booby-trapped Titan spark cage. The plan was agreed to despite Pyra Magna's objections, and soon the Autobots and Decepticons launched another attack on Exarchon's base. Sixshot took on the Combaticons again and was wounded by Onslaught, but ultimately Exarchon's spark was trapped inside the Titanspark cage by Mindwipe and Cyclonus. When Sixshot picked the cage up to return it to Iacon, Pyra Magna suddenly destroyed it, unwilling to let Exarchon live or Megatron get his hands on such a dangerous object. Gathering the weakened Constructicons as a consolation prize, Sixshot warned Pyra Magna not to push her luck at the moment by starting another fight. He then ordered Cyclonus to return with the Decepticons, but the old warrior refused. War's End Part Four

FateofCybertron-Megatronattacks.jpg

The Decepticon forces regrouped, and Sixshot escorted the Constructicons to Megatron. The entire Decepticon army massed to attack Darkmount and Sixshot joined in on a concentrated assault on Computron, who tried to buy enough time for the Autobots to flee the planet aboard the Ark. Computron fell, but the Autobots succeeded in escaping, leaving Sixshot and the Decepticons lingering behind in the aftermath of an uncertain victory. Fate of Cybertron

Autobot Story

Sixshot was among the large Decepticon force who engaged the Autobots on the planet Zel Samine while both sides were searching for the fabled Zel Quartz. The six-changer ambushed a team of Autobots led by Optimus Prime in the Atalstan gem mine, attempting to spook them by professing to have magical talents, and claiming that his body held more than one soul, before using his ninja powers to "verify" his claims by creating three duplicates of himself. Prime dismissed the display as an illusion, but despite his disbelief the clones were still able to join their robot-mode other self in battle in tank and wolf modes. Despite all his fancy tricks, Sixshot was defeated and fled in his car mode, swearing revenge. The Transformers

The Transformers

(thumbnail)
"No, I don't have a trigger between my legs. Now will you buy me?"
Unprecedented in his time, The Transformers Sixshot transforms into six distinct modes: robot, "ramming-tank", "starfighter", "jet-propelled laser pistol", "armored carrier", and "wolf-creature". Each mode features its own dedicated parts, including a springing trigger for his gun mode. Sixshot is a complete brick, with articulation only in his shoulders… which are hindered by his chest wings, if one wants to display him accurately.
Evidently not thinking that six was enough, the production staff of The Headmasters cartoon and comic series created an absurd seventh mode called the "Wingwolf Mode", by fiddling around with the toy, placing it in a mid-transformation form that combines various portions of its different modes in one. There are two "official" configurations for the Wingwolf Mode that can be replicated with the G1 toy: the first is the way the G1 toy is often depicted in in several pieces of Japanese media displaying the seventh mode (which is the configuration displayed in the image to the right); the other is the way it was actually depicted in The Headmasters cartoon and comic, which leaves the legs completely straight, rather than bent at the knees. Clearer examples of both of these configurations can be found here.
Highlighting his landmark number of modes, Sixshot's instructions were sealed by a sticker, challenging the owner to figure out all the toy's modes without help. While not too hard with the packaging photos to help, the photos on the back of the box and the instructions themselves (and this wiki, right) actually managed to get the car mode wrong, neglecting to include the additional rotation of the arms necessary to complete it. There is also a pair of extra holes inside Sixshot's legs into which his "hypersonic concussion blasters" can fit. Concept art shows this was the intended location for the weapons in gun mode, but the instructions and stock photos place them on the outside of the legs, in the same position as tank mode, which in turn was how the gun mode appeared in Sixshot's character models for his fictional appearances.
Sixshot was not released in the UK, although Quickswitch would see a release the following year. Sixshot was also released as part of the Super-God Masterforce toyline a year after the Headmasters line, despite not appearing in the series itself. The toy was later reissued in Japan in 2002 without changes, in a reproduction of his original packaging.
This mold was retooled to make Greatshot, which was later used as the basis for the non-Transformers series character Shadowmaru (see "Notes"). It also partially inspired the comic-only characters Greatsix and Agonizer.

My story is not over by a long... Greatshot!
  • ID number: C-325
  • Accessories: 2 "Great Laser" guns
The original Greatshot toy also serves as an upgraded form for Sixshot via a retcon in the Japanese Generation 1 cartoon continuity.
Released in the Victory portion of the Fight! Super Robot Lifeform Transformers toyline, Greatshot is a retool of Sixshot with several completely new parts, including his shoulders, chestplate, and both his robot and animal-mode heads. Like Sixshot, he has six different modes: a robot, a tank, a spaceship, a gun, an off-road vehicle, and a winged rhinoceros (retooled from Sixshot's wolf mode). Each of these modes has their own functionality, including things like a trigger (that is, a little plastic panel that springs back after you pull on it) for his gun mode. His two guns—retooled to have slightly longer handles than Sixshot's—fit into different holes in every mode.
As with Sixshot, Greatshot's robot mode is mostly a brick, with no real articulation to speak of. Also like Sixshot, a fan-made seventh "Wingwolf Mode"-like configuration can be achieved with Greatshot, though this hasn't been used in any official capacity.

When Sixshot was reissued, this special clear-colorless-plastic version of the toy (representing how the character was depicted while using his invisibility powers in The Headmasters) was the prize in a contest held in the April 2002 issue of Hyper Hobby Magazine in Japan. Only 10 clear Sixshot Stealth Modes were awarded, making it one of the rarest Transformers toys in existence.

  • Accessories: 2 "hypersonic concussion blasters"
A second Lucky Draw version of Sixshot, this all-black version of the toy represents the ninja in his entirely black "shadow" mode from the Headmasters episode "Terror! The Six Shadows". Ten Shadow Mode Sixshots were first offered as contest prizes in the June 2002 issue of Hyper Hobby Magazine, with a further ten being awarded through a second contest held in Figure Ō magazine later that summer.

  • Sixshot (reissue, 2012)
  • Accessories: 2 "hypersonic concussion blasters"
Initially promoted—incorrectly, by all appearances—as part of TakaraTomy's Transformers Encore series of reissues, this edition of Sixshot was eventually released not as part of that line, but as a high-end Asian exclusive first available at the "Animation-Comic-Game Hong Kong" convention in July 2012. Coming in grandiose embossed leather "book-box" packaging, this version of the figure comes with all his stickers now pre-applied, with some of those stickers having a darker and shinier lustrous appearance than the original. The toy features a chromed teal chest, metallic red paint on his robot and wolf mode eyes, metallic silver paint on his tank treads, and silver chrome on his weapons as well as on… er… those nipple-things on his chest.
Early specimens included a collector coin contained in a card wallet. This wallet featured a silhouetted version of a piece of unlicensed Sixshot art created by fan artist Blitz-Wing and used without the artist's permission. Oo-er.
This figure was released in massive quantities in South Korea's E-mart (local counterpart to Walmart) and heavily shelfwarmed, with prices dropping to 15000 KRW ($12) and lower.

Titans Return

(thumbnail)
$45 and a Six Shot to my name. Spent the rest on bots so who's to blame? They say I'm changed up all the time. What they do is a waste of time.
  • Decepticon Revolver & Six Shot (Leader Class, 2016)
Titans Return "Six Shot" is a Leader Class mold, transforming between six different modes: robot, tank, car, jet, beast, and upside-down laser gun submarine. The car mode has seating for two Titan Master figures, though they don't stay in very well. The tank mode has a flip-open cockpit with seating for one.
In a cute touch, his Titan Master's head mode has a headband with the kanji for "six" (六 roku) on it, as a nod to Six Shot's Japanese ninja personality. In a rather twisted touch, said Titan Master is based on Jack from The Headmasters, who ended up brutally killed thanks to Sixshot!
Like all Titans Return Leader Class figures (sans Blaster, Overlord, and Soundwave), he does not need to have his head removed to transform. His wolf mode still needs Revolver removed to fill a gap in the wolf head for aesthetic purposes, but in all the other modes you can just leave Revolver in the helmet with no problem. Unlike other Leader Class figures in this line, Six Shot does not have an (official) base mode. However, his wings have clips on the edges that allow him to connect to other Leader Class figures' base modes when in certain modes; his instructions suggest the tank mode.
He is very similar to his original toy in appearance and transformation. However, due to changes in the way the legs transform, a conversion to "Wingwolf Mode" based on the conversion often depicted in Japanese promotional media is not entirely possible, as parts can't be tabbed together in this orientation, leaving everything to just loosely sit in place. The figure can, however, get pretty close to The Headmasters cartoon and comic depictions using the tabs on the legs used for the other modes. The Legends redeco of this toy listed below, also featured its own unique interpretation of the Wingwolf Mode in the pack-in comic printed in the instructions, and as this uses that same mold, this can also be replicated with the Titans Return toy. In an undocumented feature, Six Shot's blasters can be pegged onto his back.
Many copies of Six Shot have been reported to have very loose joints. Notably, these include the shoulders, hips and knees, all of which use simple pinned hinge joints or swivels rather than ball joints or ratchets. In some cases, said loose joints prevent Six Shot from holding any pose beyond a simple "standing in place". His faceplate and fins are completely painted, and can chip due to transformation. Six Shot also features ankle-tilts… though, they only have three detents in the joint, meaning the ankles lock at the standard straight-up-and-down, 45° degrees, and 90° degrees, making them rather useless as they can't be used for posing in any meaningful way.
Six Shot was redecoed (with a new faceplate) into Quickswitch, and more extensively remolded into Greatshot. The original tooling also serves as the basis for Shattered Glass Sixshot.

Legends

TF-Legends-LG50-Sixshot.jpg
  • ID number: LG50
  • Accessories: Headmaster, 2 guns
Legends Sixshot is a redeco and retool of the above Titans Return figure colored to be closer to his appearance in The Headmasters, with changes including a bluer shade of turquoise and white thighs. Instead of Revolver, he comes with a new mold Headmaster designed to look like a tiny Sixshot. This small module transforms into a face based directly on his cartoon appearance, and the helmet has been retooled to match. An added retool is the inclusion of two tiny pegs on his knees located on the outer sides that somewhat allows the knees to lock into place.
As mentioned above in the Titans Return listing, the pack-in comic printed in the instructions also depicts a new variant of the "Wingwolf Mode" that can be replicated with the figure, thanks to Hayato Sakamoto's artwork being based on the toy itself.
Unlike most other Legends figures, Sixshot comes in windowless packaging, with the extra space used to further advertise his six modes.

TF-Legends-LGEX-Greatshot.jpg
  • ID number: LG-EX
  • Accessories: Jack Headmaster, 2 "Great Laser" blasters
The only Legends figure made for a Victory character, Greatshot is an extensive redeco/retool of Titans Return Leader Class figure above, with some new parts including the bigger chest wings and the rhino head. While Legends Sixshot's Headmaster is a new mold decoed like a miniature Sixshot, Greatshot's Headmaster, Jack, is a retool of Titans Return Revolver, albeit in different colors and with a new robot mode backpack for head mode faceplate. Like Legends Sixshot, he comes in a fully enclosed box featuring his different modes.
Greatshot was a TakaraTomy Mall exclusive. He was available for pre-order on October 11 at 12:00 am until November 2 at 1 pm, and was shipped in late March 2018.
The original version of this mold was also used to make Titans Return Quickswitch.

Sixshot was released as part of the Headmasters-centric third "Act" of Takara's Super Collection Figure line of PVC figurines. Like all pieces in the wave, he was available both in standard full-color and all-clear, colorless versions, one of each of which was available in a standard case of twelve blindpacked figures.
In two out of every case cases, the colored version of Sixshot came packaged with the right leg of the wave's collectible Fortress Maximus "Build a Figure." This part could be in either full color or clear-plastic, packed at an equal 1:1 ratio.

  • Sixshot (2022)

This statue of Sixshot stands 33 inches tall, atop a base that depicts Ultra Magnus' dead body. Modular design allowed for displaying Sixshot holding either his traditional blasters or two swords, and with either of two included head sculpts featuring different mouthplate designs. Also included are small immobile replicas of Sixshot's five "official" alternate modes (no wing-wolf), each on its own small base stand, that can be mounted as though surrounding the robot. The plan was to produce 388 pieces at suggested retail of $2,100, but instead it was cancelled.

Your bargaining posture is highly dubious.

Go ninjas, go ninjas, go! Shadowmaru is on the left.
  • Sixshot's appearance in "The Rebirth" is an extreme case of marketing influencing the fiction, as he shows off his six modes and how cool and badass he is in the space of approximately 30 seconds. He is never seen again, not even in the background, and only had one spoken line. He probably holds the record for briefest presence in the G1 cartoon of any contemporary toy-based character.
  • For a while, there was much fandom speculation that Greatshot was an upgraded version of Sixshot. The supplemental character bio included with Greatshot's toy stated that he was a former compatriot of both Sixshot and Sixknight, who in turn were all members of the "Six Clan" from the hidden regions of the galaxy. Regardless, they both had the same actor, who voiced them both with a stereotypical samurai movie dialect. As well as being renamed, he keeps a portion of his name (akin to Broadcast into Twincast, MegaZarak into BlackZarak, etc.). The belief that the two were the same would eventually be made canon in Greatshot's Legends pack-in comic, where the cartoon version of Greatshot was presented as Sixshot in a new body.
  • According to a profile published in Comic Bom Bom, Sixshot owns the Matrix of Evil in Japanese Generation 1 continuity. What that is or what it does, we couldn't tell you, as this is the only place it's ever mentioned.
  • The Sixshot (or, more accurately, Greatshot) mold was later retooled to make the heroic "Ninja Detective" Shadowmaru (シャドウ丸) for Takara's Brave Police J-Decker toyline. Amusingly, while the other 5 forms are of standard size for the series (assuming 5 meters in robot mode), his size for gun mode was increased to the point that, in Transformers terms, Omega Supreme could use him for an oversized rifle. Shadowmaru also had a prototype "brother", Kagerō (カゲロウ), who could only change into three forms. He was not produced as a toy.
  • An original Sixshot toy head was used as part of the hand-made prototype of the Generation 2-era unproduced G.I. Joe Transformer.
  • Sixshot changes sizes often in IDW's Devastation mini-series. Sometimes he is shown being the size of a normal Transformer, but other times he is depicted as being about the size of a gestalt.
  • Like all non-toy robot Kreons in the Kre-O manga, Sixshot is made from existing Kre-O parts. He uses the Soundwave helmet as well as some manner of gun accessory and wing-like pieces on his back, but his tiiiny appearance in the comic makes it difficult to tell what they are.
  • The naming similarity between "Sixshot" and "Greatshot" was later paralleled by Quickswitch with Killswitch.
