Mega Man Zero Collection is, as the title suggests, a collection of the four GBA Zero games. It also fully opened Capcom's floodgate of re-releasing past game titles.

Unused Music

While the multiplayer minigames of Zero 2 are disabled in Collection, the music tracks used in said mode are still present in the ROM.

BGM_ZC2_184

Fanfare meant to be played in multiplayer mode stages. The percussion is very similar to the Get a Weapon music from Mega Man 2.

BGM_ZC2_185

Music track "Red Time" which is meant to be played in the multiplayer mode preparation screen.

Regional Differences

Title Screen

Japan International

While the European version shares the main menu title screen from the US version, the Europe-specific variants of the individual game title screens are used for Zero 2, 3, and 4.

Mega Man Zero Title Theme

Japan (BGM_ZC1_118) International (BGM_ZC1_118a)

Though regional differences were dealt identically to their original releases, both variations of Mega Man Zero's title theme are in the ROM of the international releases.

BGM_ZC1_118 is the variation with the "Rockman Z!" voice clip which is only used in the Japanese version, while BGM_ZC1_118a is the international variation without said voice clip.
