     Lt.-Col. William James Scarlett was born on 19 October 1839.¹ He was the son of James William Scarlett and Anne Rhodes Williams Brown.^2,1 He married Henrietta Catherine Low, daughter of John Low, on 27 January 1868.^2,1 He died on 31 July 1888 at age 48.¹
     He gained the rank of Captain in the 5th Dragoon Guards.¹ He lived at Gigha, Argyllshire, Scotland^G.

     Reverend Sir George Croxton Shiffner, 4th Bt. was born on 21 August 1819.¹ He was the son of Sir George Shiffner, 3rd Bt. and Elizabeth Johnson.² He married Elizabeth Greenall, daughter of John Greenall, on 26 October 1854.¹ He died on 3 January 1906 at age 86.
     He graduated from Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)¹ He was Rector at Hamsey, Sussex, England.¹ He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Shiffner, of Coombe, Sussex [U.K., 1818] on 14 December 1863.¹ He held the office of Rural Dean of Lewes in 1867.¹

     Major Anthony George Pelham was born on 4 September 1911.¹ He was the son of Hon. Henry George Godolphin Pelham and Agnes Lee Ollerhead.^1,2 He married Ann Margaret Bergengren, daughter of Axel Bergengren, on 19 September 1938.¹ He died on 10 March 1969 at age 57.¹

     Ann Margaret Bergengren was the daughter of Axel Bergengren.² She married Major Anthony George Pelham, son of Hon. Henry George Godolphin Pelham and Agnes Lee Ollerhead, on 19 September 1938.¹ She died in 1990.¹
     Her married name became Pelham.

     Axel Bergengren lived at Borås, Sweden.¹

     Richard Anthony Henry Pelham was born on 1 August 1952.¹ He is the son of Major Anthony George Pelham and Ann Margaret Bergengren.² He married Georgina Levinge Gilmour, daughter of David Gilmour, in 1987.¹

     Ella Christine Pelham was born on 20 July 1940.¹ She was the daughter of Major Anthony George Pelham and Ann Margaret Bergengren.² She married Sir John Raymond Perring, 2nd Bt., son of Sir Ralph Edgar Perring, 1st Bt. and Ethel Mary Johnson, on 21 July 1961.¹ She died on 19 February 2019 at age 78.³
     From 21 July 1961, her married name became Perring.² She lived at 21 Somerset Road, Wimbledon, London, England^G.¹

     Sir John Raymond Perring, 2nd Bt. was born on 7 July 1931.² He was the son of Sir Ralph Edgar Perring, 1st Bt. and Ethel Mary Johnson.² He married Ella Christine Pelham, daughter of Major Anthony George Pelham and Ann Margaret Bergengren, on 21 July 1961.² He died on 21 June 2020 at age 88.³
