Anthony Brabazon, 8th Earl of Meath was baptised on 17 February 1721.1 He was the son of Edward Brabazon, 7th Earl of Meath and Martha Collins.1 He married Grace Leigh, daughter of John Leigh, on 20 May 1758.1 He died on 4 January 1790 at age 68.1
He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for County Wicklow between 1745 and 1760.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for County Dublin from 1761 to 1762.1 He succeeded as the 8th Earl of Meath [I., 1627] on 24 November 1772.1 He succeeded as the 9th Lord Brabazon, Baron of Ardee, co.
