     Sir Thomas Gresley, 2nd Bt. was the son of Thomas Gresley and Bridget Burdett.1 He married Frances Morewood, daughter of Gilbert Morewood.1 He died on 5 June 1699.1
     He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Gresley, of Drakelow, co. Derby [E., 1611].1

     Sir William Gresley, 3rd Bt. was the son of Sir Thomas Gresley, 2nd Bt. and Frances Morewood.1 He married Barbara Walcot, daughter of John Walcot.1 He died on 17 October 1711.1
     He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Gresley, of Drakelow, co. Derby [E., 1611] on 5 June 1699.1

     Sir Nigel Bowyer Gresley, 7th Bt. was the son of Sir Nigel Gresley, 6th Bt. and Elizabeth Wynn.2 He married, firstly, Wilmot Gresley, daughter of Sir Thomas Gresley, 5th Bt. and Wilmot Hood, on 26 January 1776.2 He married, secondly, Maria-Eliza Garway, daughter of Caleb Garway, on 26 June 1796.2 He died on 26 March 1808.1
     He succeeded as the 7th Baronet Gresley, of Drakelow, co. Derby [E., 1611] on 17 April 1787.2
