Sir Thomas Gresley, 4th Bt. was the son of Sir William Gresley, 3rd Bt. and Barbara Walcot.2 He married, secondly, Gertrude Grammar, daughter of John Grammar.3 He married, firstly, Dorothy Bowyer, daughter of Sir William Bowyer, 4th Bt. and Anne Dale, on 5 April 1719.1 He died in 1746.3

Sir Henry Goring, 2nd Bt. was baptised on 22 May 1622 at Washington, Sussex, EnglandG.1 He was the son of Henry Goring and Mary Eversfield.1 He married Frances Bishopp, daughter of Sir Edward Bishopp, 2nd Bt. and Lady Mary Tufton, on 2 May 1642 at London, EnglandG.1 He died on 3 April 1702 at age 79.1 He was buried at Billingshurst, Sussex, EnglandG.1 His will was proven (by probate) on 15 June 1702.1
He was Barrister in 1645.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Sussex in 1660.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Steyning between 1661 and 1679.1 He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Bowyer, of Highden, Sussex [E., 1678] in February 1679/80, under the special remainder to himself for this baronetcy.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Sussex between 1685 and 1687.1 His last will was dated from 6 June 1695 to 25 August 1700.
