     Sir John Macartney, 3rd Bt. was born on 10 October 1832.¹ He was the son of Rev. Sir William Isaac Macartney, 2nd Bt. and Ellen Barrington.² He married Catherine Miller, daughter of Alexander Miller, on 1 September 1865.¹ He died on 7 December 1911 at age 79.¹
     He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Macartney, of Lish, co. Armagh [I., 1799] on 31 July 1867.¹

     William George Macartney was born in 1835.¹ He was the son of Rev. Sir William Isaac Macartney, 2nd Bt. and Ellen Barrington.² He married Bessie Tyser, daughter of Robert Bayley Tyser, in 1872.¹ He died circa 1885.¹

     Robert Bayley Tyser lived at Wellington, New Zealand.¹

     Bessie Tyser is the daughter of Robert Bayley Tyser.² She married William George Macartney, son of Rev. Sir William Isaac Macartney, 2nd Bt. and Ellen Barrington, in 1872.¹
     From 1872, her married name became Macartney.

     Alexander Miller lived at Merindindi, Victoria, Australia.¹

     Catherine Miller was the daughter of Alexander Miller.² She married Sir John Macartney, 3rd Bt., son of Rev. Sir William Isaac Macartney, 2nd Bt. and Ellen Barrington, on 1 September 1865.¹ She died on 5 May 1904.¹
     From 1 September 1865, her married name became Macartney.

     Sir William Isaac Macartney, 4th Bt. was born on 13 October 1867.¹ He was the son of Sir John Macartney, 3rd Bt. and Catherine Miller.² He died in April 1942 at age 74, unmarried.¹
     He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Macartney, of Lish, co. Armagh [I., 1799] on 7 December 1911.¹

     Sir Alexander Miller Macartney, 5th Bt. was born on 24 July 1869.¹ He was the son of Sir John Macartney, 3rd Bt. and Catherine Miller.² He died on 30 September 1960 at age 91, unmarried.¹
     He succeeded as the 5th Baronet Macartney, of Lish, co. Armagh [I., 1799] in April 1942.¹

     John Barrington Macartney was born on 26 October 1873.¹ He was the son of Sir John Macartney, 3rd Bt. and Catherine Miller.² He married Selina Koch, daughter of J Koch, in May 1910.¹ He died in June 1951 at age 77.¹
