Sir David Alan Greengross was born on 15 April 1929.1 He was the son of Morris Philip Greengross and Miriam Abrahamson.1 He married Sally Ralea Rosengarten, Baroness Greengross, daughter of Harris Rosengarten and Estelle Woolf, on 26 May 1959.1 He died on 13 August 2018 at age 89.2
