James Greer1

     James Greer was born on 31 January 1775.1 He was the son of John Greer and Catherine Cuppage.2 He married Catherine O'Hara, daughter of Henry O'Hara, on 18 March 1805.1 He died on 7 August 1842 at age 67.1
     He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)1 He lived at Turner's Grove, County Armagh, Ireland.1 He owned considerable landed property in counties Antrim, Armagh and Tyrone.1

John Waite Greer1

     George Greer was born on 29 November 1849.1 He was the son of John Waite Greer and Nicholina Frances Gosselin.2 He married, firstly, Sydney Adeline Furlong, daughter of Reverend Charles Arthur Furlong, on 6 July 1876.1 He married, secondly, Christian Dixon Cadell, daughter of Alexander Cadell and Mary Crichton Dickson, in 1890.1 He died on 27 January 1892 at age 42.1
     He graduated from Trinity College, Dublin University, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland, in 1871 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)1 He was a practising Barrister-at-law.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)1 He lived at Woodville, Lurgan, County Armagh, Ireland.1
