     James Ian Anderson was born on 1 November 1952.2 He was the son of Captain John Murray Anderson and Lady Gillian Mary Drummond.2 He married, firstly, Victoria Anne Hildyard, daughter of Henry Robert Hildyard, in 1981.2 He married, secondly, Hon. Emily Mary Astor, daughter of William Waldorf Astor, 3rd Viscount Astor and Phillipa Victoria Hunloke, in 1988.1 He and Hon. Emily Mary Astor were divorced in 1996.1 He and Victoria Anne Hildyard were divorced in 1985.2 He died on 14 May 2015 at age 62.3,4
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.2 He was admitted to the Royal Company of Archers.2

     Richard de Redvers, 2nd Earl of Devon was the son of Baldwin de Redvers, 1st Earl of Devon. He married Denise de Dunstanville, daughter of Rainald de Dunstanville, Earl of Cornwall and Beatrice FitzRichard, circa 1150. He died in 1162.
     He gained the title of 2nd Earl of Devon.
