Captain Charles Pelly was born on 13 September 1779.1 He was the son of Henry Hinde Pelly and Sally Hitchen.2 He married Mary Bullock, daughter of J. Bullock, on 14 June 1804.1 He died on 16 November 1811 at age 32.1
He was he served under Nelson (and was wounded ) in 1801.1 In 1804 he was presented with a sword by the Patriotic Fund 1after capturing a Dutch brig Atlanta.1 He was commander of the H.M.S. Mercury in 1805.1 He was commander of the H.M.S. Bucephalus in 1810.1 He gained the rank of Captain in the Royal Navy.1

Reverend Francis Pelly was born on 24 December 1780.1 He was the son of Henry Hinde Pelly and Sally Hitchen.2 He married, firstly, Mary Nutt, daughter of George Anson Nutt, on 30 October 1806.1 He married, secondly, Mary Anne Richards, daughter of Theophilus Richards, on 16 February 1813.1 He died on 3 July 1844 at age 63.1

George Anson Nutt was born circa 1749.2 He married Mary Smith on 21 June 1789 at St. George Hanover Square, London, England.2 He married Mary Tymewell Blake on 27 September 1792 at Welsbourne, Warwickshire, England.2 He died circa 6 October 1828.2 He was buried on 9 October 1828 at St. Anne, Siston, Gloucestershire, England.2

Justinian Pelly was born on 20 April 1818.1 He was the son of Reverend Francis Pelly and Mary Anne Richards.2,1 He married Fanny Ingleby, daughter of Rupert Ingleby, on 1 April 1849.1 He died on 17 February 1893 at age 74.1
