     From 7 May 1949, her married name became Chappell.¹

     Sir William Dick, 4th Bt. was born on 7 January 1762.² He was the son of Sir Alexander Dick of Prestonfield, 3rd Bt. and Mary Butler.^3,2 He married Joanna Douglas, daughter of Sir William Douglas, on 3 March 1786 at Paris, France.^2,4 He died on 19 November 1796 at age 34.²
     He gained the rank of Adjutant in 1778 in the 1st Foot Guards.⁴ He gained the rank of Captain in the 10th Foot.⁴ He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Dick, of Prestonfield, co. Midlothian [S., 1707] on 10 November 1786.⁴ He gained the rank of Major in the Midlothian Fencible Cavalry.⁴

     Mary Dick was baptised on 25 September 1789 at Duddingston, Midlothian, Scotland.² She was the daughter of Sir William Dick, 4th Bt. and Joanna Douglas.^3,4 She married Reverend David Wauchope, son of John Wauchope and Anne Margaret Erskine, on 2 September 1808 at Newton, Midlothian, Scotland.^1,5 She died on 24 February 1810 at age 20.¹
     From 2 September 1808, her married name became Wauchope.¹

     Reverend David Wauchope was born on 16 April 1825.¹ He was the son of Reverend David Wauchope and Anne Wauchope.² He married Julia Caroline Maitland, daughter of Reverend Charles Maitland, on 18 July 1861.¹ He died on 3 February 1911 at age 85.¹
     He graduated from Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)¹ He was the Rector at Church Lawford, Rugby, Warwickshire, England^G.¹

     Julia Caroline Maitland was the daughter of Reverend Charles Maitland.² She married Reverend David Wauchope, son of Reverend David Wauchope and Anne Wauchope, on 18 July 1861.¹ She died on 27 February 1890.¹
     From 18 July 1861, her married name became Wauchope.

     Reverend David Maitland Wauchope was born on 4 March 1864.¹ He was the son of Reverend David Wauchope and Julia Caroline Maitland.² He married Ethel Sarah Stewart, daughter of Lewis Maxey Stewart, on 17 July 1888.¹ He died in 1947.¹
     He graduated from Keble College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)¹ He was the Rector between 1905 and 1907 at Elstead, Surrey, England^G.¹
