Major Hugh Grahame Dewey was born on 8 January 1895.2 He was the son of Rev. Sir Stanley Daws Dewey, 2nd Bt. and Emily Rose Pryce.3 He married Marjorie Florence Isobel Dodds, daughter of Lt.-Col. Alexander Hugh Dodds, on 9 June 1920.2 He died on 14 May 1936 at age 41.2

Major Michael Grahame Dewey was born on 15 January 1928.2 He was the son of Major Hugh Grahame Dewey and Marjorie Florence Isobel Dodds.3,4 He married Anne Cecilia Boylan, daughter of Brigadier Edward Thomas Arthur George Boylan and Eileen Mary Frances O'Brien, on 24 April 1954.1 He died on 20 June 1973 at age 45, as the result of a motor accident.1
