Thomas Brian McElvie Fairfax, 13th Lord Fairfax of Cameron was born on 14 May 1923.2 He was the son of Albert Kirby Fairfax, 12th Lord Fairfax of Cameron and Maud Wishart McKelvie.2 He married Sonia Helen Gunston, daughter of Cecil Bernard Gunston and Lady Doris Gwendoline Blackwood, on 17 April 1951.2 He died on 8 April 1964 at age 40.2
