     Elizabeth Jane Hall was the daughter of Richard Hall.1 She married John Grey Vesey Porter, son of Reverend John Grey Porter and Margaret Lavinia Lindsey, in 1863 in a childless marriage.1
     From 1863, her married name became Porter.1

     Major John Grey Archdale-Porter was born on 9 June 1886.1 He was the son of John Porter Porter and Josephine Henrietta Lloyd.1 He married Enid Mary Duff-Assheton-Smith, daughter of George William Duff-Assheton-Smith and Alice Laura Jones, on 6 December 1915 in a childless marriage.1 He died on 21 November 1917 at age 31, of wounds received in action, he died before his father.1
     He was educated at Harrow School, Harrow, London, EnglandG.1 He was appointed Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.) in 1916.1 He fought in the First World War, as a Major with the 9th Lancers.1

     From 6 December 1915, her married name became Archdale-Porter.1

     Lieutenant Nicholas Henry Archdale Porter was born on 3 June 1890.1 He was the son of John Porter Porter and Josephine Henrietta Lloyd.1 He married Amy Gunther, daughter of Charles B. Gunther, on 5 August 1919.1 He died on 10 August 1973 at age 83.1
     He was educated at Harrow School, Harrow, London, EnglandG.1 He was awarded the Military Cross (M.C.) in 1916.1 He fought in the First World War, as a Lieutenant with the 9th Lancers. He was severely wounded on the same day and in the same action in which his elder brother was killed.1 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) in 1940.1 He held the office of High Sheriff in 1941.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)1 He lived at Belle Isle, Lisbellaw, County Fermanagh, IrelandG.1
