Sir Harold George Nicolson and Hon. Victoria Mary Sackville-West, on 30 July 1953.¹ She and Nigel Nicolson were divorced in 1970.¹ She married, secondly, Sir Robin McAlpine, son of Sir Thomas Malcolm McAlpine and Maud Dees, on 20 March 1970.³ She died in 1987.¹

     Sir Eustace Gervais Tennyson-d'Eyncourt, 2nd Bt. was born on 19 January 1902.² He is the son of Sir Eustace Henry William Tennyson-d'Eyncourt, 1st Bt. and Janet Watson Findlay.² He married, firstly, Pamela Gladstone, daughter of William Buckley Gladstone, on 1 June 1926.² He married, secondly, Vinnie Lorraine Pearson, daughter of Andrew Pearson, on 18 February 1964.² He died on 21 November 1971 at age 69.²
