This page lists various sidebars and their purposes. The titles, contents, and widths of sidebars are controllable. Sidebars are used to display all kinds of information, ranging from sidequests to important reminders. While they should not be overused, they definitely add to the readability of our articles!
Keep in mind that these are not infoboxes, and infoboxes should be treated differently! Infoboxes contain specific types of information, whereas sidebars can contain any type of information.

Used mostly for sidequests or when you do not want to distract the reader too much from the main body of the text. These should be used when you feel the content of the sidebar is entirely optional to the reader. |
{{sidebar |float=left/right/none |width=width (pixels) |title=Box title |contents=Box contents }} |

This sidebar ({{sidebar}} used with "banner" as the class parameter value) is more noticeable and draws the reader's attention to it. This should probably be used for tips, important facts, or helpful reminders. Note the larger margin used to greater distinguish the content. |
{{sidebar |class=banner |float=left/right/none |width=Box width (pixels) |title=Box title |contents=Box contents }} |
|
This sidebar indicates an achievement or trophy that has been or can be unlocked. Achievement lists use {{Achievements Header}} instead of this. |
{{achievement |name=name |g=points |trophy=trophy |image=image location |description=description }} |
You have unlocked the Answer to Life, the Universe, and Everything. Go you.

This template is for linking to YouTube videos. The thumbnail and links are automatically generated based on the video ID and image number you select. The title and description don't have to be the same as those of the uploader as long as it is clear to the reader what it is about. All variables are optional. |
{{YouTube |float=left/right/none |video=video ID (not URL) |title=title for video |duration=minutes:seconds |image=1/2/3 |description=description }} |
