(4S)-limonenska sintaza (EC 4.2.3.16, (-)-(4S)-limonenska sintaza, 4S-(-)-limonenska sintaza, geranildifosfat difosfatna lijaza (formira limonen), geranildifosfat difosfatna lijaza (ciklizacija, formira (4S)-limonen), geranil-difosfat difosfat-lijaza (ciklizacija, formira (-)-(4S)-limonen)) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom geranil-difosfat difosfat-lijaza (ciklizacija, formira (S)-limonen).[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- geranil difosfat (S)-limonen + difosfat
Rekombinantni enzim iz Abies grandis deluje u prisustvu jona Mn2+ i K+.
