SpoIVB peptidaza (EC 3.4.21.116, proteaza sporulacionog faktora IV B) je enzim.[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- Samopresencanje Val52-Asn53, Ala62-Phe63 i Val74-Thr75 na N-terminusu SpoIVB
Ovaj enzim ima centralnu ulogu u regulaciji izražavanja gena tokom kasnijih stupnjeva formiranja spora kod bakterije Bacillus subtilis.
