Renato Raffaele Martino (23 November 1932 – 28 October 2024) was an Italian prelate of the Roman Catholic Church. He was a cardinal from 2003 until his death. He was the longest serving Cardinal Deacon, the Cardinal Protodeacon, to June 2014 to October 2024.[1]
Martino died in Rome, Italy on 28 October 2024, at the age of 91.[2]
