Charles Brantley Aycock

Charles Brantley Aycock was an American Democratic Party politician who served as governor from North Carolina from 1901 to 1905. During his time as governor, a number of reforms were carried out[1] affecting areas such as welfare,[2] child labor, and education.[3][4]
