Ashley Brooke Moody (born March 28, 1975) is an American politician and attorney serving as 38th attorney general of Florida since 2019. Moody also served as a judge with the Thirteenth Judicial Court of Florida from 2007 to 2017.
During her time as Florida attorney general, Moody has supported lawsuits against the Affordable Care Act, supported voting rights for former felons, and was against the legalization of recreational marijuana. Moody joined in the Texas v. Pennsylvania lawsuit, which wanted to overturn the results of the election.[1][2]
