Rosa María "Rosie" Pérez (Bushwick, New York, 6. septembar 1964 -) je američka glumica, plesačica, koreograf, režiserka i aktivistica portorikanskog porijekla. Najpoznatije su joj uloge u komediji White Men Can't Jump te filmu Perdita Durango.
Godine 2009. je prilikom snimanja epizode TV-serije Law & Order: SVU bila teško ozlijeđena, što je poslije postalo predmetom građanske parnice za naknadu štete.
Perez je poznata kao aktivist za prava Portorika i oboljelih od HIV-a.
