Koagulacioni faktor IXa (EC 3.4.21.22, krvno koagulacioni faktor IXa, aktivirnai krvno koagulacioni faktor IX, autoprotrombin II, krvno trombinski kofaktor II, aktivirani krvno koagulacioni faktor XI) je enzim.[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
