The Scots Labour Pairty (officially Scottish Labour Party (in Inglis); Pàrtaidh Làbarach na h-Alba (in Scots Gaelic)) is a social democratic political pairty in Scotland. It is a sovereign organisation o the UK Labour Pairty. The nou, Scots Labour hauds 23 oot on 129 seats in the Scots Pairlament an yin o 59 Scots seats in the Hoose o Commons o the Unitit Kinrick. History

The Labour Pairty owerseen the openin o the Scots Pairlament in 1999, and won the maist seats in the election. Thay formed a coalition wi the Scots Leeberal Democrats that lasted until the2007 Scots Pairlament election, when the won for the first time.

Labour's achievements in Scotland include free tuition, free prescriptions and free period product proveesion.

From 2007 until 2016, Scots Labour war in opposeetion in the Scots Pairlament, but fell tae thrid in the 2016 Scots Pairlament election.

The pairty conteenaed tae faa in 2021.
