Leukocyte migration: scent of the T zone

Curr Biol. 2000 Jan 13;10(1):R30-3. doi: 10.1016/s0960-9822(99)00253-5.

Abstract

Recent studies show that the chemokine receptor CCR7 helps T lymphocytes and dendritic cells to navigate into the T-cell zone of lymphoid organs. Furthermore, down-modulation of CCR7 redirects some activated T cells from these zones into other lymphoid tissue compartments.
