PostDoctoral Fellowships and Traineeships are an opportunity for researchers to train in a new field and/or techniques. Within the PNB department, postdoctoral researchers have access to world-class facilities and different funding opportunities to make the best of their time within the department. You can find available positions for postdocs through the Open Positions Tab above or by contacting a professor you are interested in working with.

The Graduate School has oversight of UConn policies and practices for postdoctoral associates on the Storrs and regional campuses. As such, services offered within the Graduate School are available to all postdoctoral fellows and trainees. Individuals interested in work at UCHC should connect with their Office of Postdoctoral Affairs.

Funding Resources

Funding for your postdoctoral training can be a time consuming process. Please pay special attention to different requirements and eligibility as they tend to be different for different granting agencies. Once you have decided to submit your fellowship application, please check with your department administrator to determine whether there are any UConn requirements or signatures needed before submission.
