To hire a bike, simply select it, scan the QR code or enter the bike number - then off you go! You can return the bike at one of our stations or anywhere in the Flexzone. Generally a fan, works reliably and all. I understand implementing a search function may use services you just can't use right now, but when trying to find out if there's a station near the place I wanna go, it's an incredible pain. Because, PLEASE, don't show all singular bikes and stations in the entirety of the city as soon as i zoom out, cluster them so the app doesn't instantly crash trying to find my destination!!

Renting, parking, and returning is easy to do. The maps are clear, and the bike locations are always up to date. However, it's not always clear if a bike has been reserved already or not. It happened to me once that a returned bike did not register to the location of the station, resulting in extra fees. It was quickly settled with the customer service, though. The feedback and service requests over the app work very well in general.

Overall really good. The map could do a better job of indicating where you are, think G****e Maps and I wasn't always clear what is a Parking zone what isn't. To be fair, I am a first time user, and like most things it is a learning process. Definitely will use again. :)
