Love the tracking feature, especially as more and more businesses use Shop because it allows you to see all your stuff in one place. Also, I love being able to shop directly from the app. The shop points rewards system is ok, but I wish the points didn't expire so fast. It makes saving a meaningful amount of them difficult. I've lost several dollars worth of points because of them expiring. I would rate it 5 stars if the points lasted longer.

I used to love this app it ran smooth, little issues, nice layout, darmode. But the latest updates have really been killing me. The app is becoming less and less responsive, having a hard time loading stores, and now it's locked in light mode. I'd want to see the app make significant improvements on its source code to create a smoother/less baggy experience. Also it has already been proven to have a dark mode, please just added it as an optional setting.

Tracking information has never been up to date for any items I've tracked with this app (around 10 items). Not once have I found this app useful. Especially useless for tracking Amazon orders. Items I received a year ago are still marked "in transit". Seems like another half-baked drop-shipping platform with a less-than-functional tracking feature.
