Great impression! But, Unfortunately Everytime when I try to upload documents for the claim, it is showing invalid and not taking the files. The interface is not at all user friendly. It has n number of bugs. And when we mailed the documents, they are not even seeing the documents and responding on it. If the app has bugs, what the customers has to do with it. When we are mailing the documents, you people can atleast see the mail and upload them in the claim request from your side.

Worst app ever. I have spent more than 25k in this app. The moment I stopped paying it problems started in my business profile. First my 5 year old contact number removed for no reason for almost a month. The whole profile got suspended for 20 days. Now profile came back but all reviews got removed. Appears as if google is blackmailing us to keep paying even if we don't need it. irrelevant calls come from very distant places. I got 2 patients in 2 months through ads. Don't get trapped.

Very poor design and interface - but this can be said for Google ads in general. Having worked as a media director for one of the biggest ad agencies in the world - I'm amazed at how badly designed Google ads and other Google advertising apps and components still are. And it's no use complaining - Google just doesn't listen. The arrogance of market dominance and complacency.
